GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik, Germany, now presents the latest thermal printer for more sustainable Linerless labeling on a 4" basic paper width. It is designed as a so-called side loader and thus allows easy scaling to larger paper widths as to 5", 6", 7", etc., depending on OEM requirements. The device is designed to meet the very high demands of printing Linerless labels in the logistics industry. The freely adjustable paper width between 78 and 115 mm and the processing of paper thicknesses between 70 and 200 µm open up a much wider range of applications. | |
| An individually adjustable Linerless printer is now available for all industries with extremely high label throughput. This printer can print on and cut off Linerless papers for above-average periods without any problems or cleaning and without sticking. In the economical overall concept of their Linerless Technology, GeBE relies throughout on special, adhesive-repellent materials for all mechanical parts that come into contact with the adhesives of Linerless label papers. | |
| The design of this thermal printer as a side loader also clearly accommodates the usual service work in Linerless printing. This is because, when the lid is open, all parts that may be affected by adhesive residue can be reached easily and be cleaned with just a few simple steps.
